Hd video judders with hd camcorder video no smooth hd playback

Hi, i have a sony hd camcorder. I have tried to play it's (.m2ts) files using VLC media player on my mac via bootcamp with vista. The video Judders and i cant get any smooth hd playback.:confused:

Note: I am using macbook 2.2ghz with bootcamp and am running vista home premium 32 bit.:D
