I don't know. I can't speak for your computer....i wish i could though.

But I do know that it says/said on the Microsoft website that you have to use IE 7 or higher to access that page--and I tried in firefox and safari on my mac and windows, and it didn't load. idk.

Anyone know where I can find IE7 for Mac?
