Quick question. My MBP is currently encoding a video (iDVD). If I put it to sleep will it be able to pick up where it stopped when I turn it back on? Thanks (and sorry if this is a stupid question)!

Yes it may do it , once I sent to sleep my iBook when exporting an .avi to mp4 and it stopped , and then it continued in the place it stopped and the movie was perfect
