Successfully Pwnaged, but now can't find old backup (lost my contacts, pics, etc.)

Successfully Jailbroken iPhone 3G. Awesome.

Unfortunately, as soon as iTunes booted (OS X), it began creating a new iPhone backup! So now when I try to restore, I only have that latest backup as my option.

How do I restore to a previous backup?!

should be a list of previous backups in prefs.

Yeah I'm just not seeing this.

Luckily, I was in my Mail account and had the option to "Import from SIM" and all of my contacts then re-appeared in my Contact phone list.

Now I just need to find all those pics I took!

how do i get the 2.2 unlocked and jailbroken on it

Wouldn't your pics, contacts, etc. sync over from their respective applications on your Mac when you sync it?
