Chodite macrumors 6502a Original poster Jan 29, 2009 #1 Successfully Jailbroken iPhone 3G. Awesome. Unfortunately, as soon as iTunes booted (OS X), it began creating a new iPhone backup! So now when I try to restore, I only have that latest backup as my option. How do I restore to a previous backup?!

Chodite macrumors 6502a Original poster Jan 30, 2009 #3 Yeah I'm just not seeing this. Luckily, I was in my Mail account and had the option to "Import from SIM" and all of my contacts then re-appeared in my Contact phone list. Now I just need to find all those pics I took!
