iPhone earbuds dead -- need them swapped

Do I have to schedule a genius bar appt to get them swapped?

It's not just my iPhone, but any audio input.

iPhone earbuds dead -- need them swapped

Do I need a genius bar appt or can I just go in the store and get it dealt with?

my iPhone is fine, i tried plugging iphone earbuds into my iPod too and no go.

I would because if you dont i doubt anyone is going to help you since there are usually tons of people in the apple store at a time. Unless you there at like 8:30

Just go in there with your phone and headphones and they'll just swap them out for you.

Why not just setup a Genius appt? Then if you don't need you can cancel it, and if you do, you have it ready.
