C++ Application

hi,

just wandering if there is an equivalent program to visual studio that you can run on mac?

im doing c++ opengl stuff

XCode is free from developer.apple.com

I think codelite comes close to visual studio behavior and you can easily install it on mac

Yes both of those work for C++ and Sun's Netbeans suports C++ too. But I'd suggest going with x-code

If you don't mind paying for something and just wanting the syntax and no debugging tools, go with TextMate.

if visual studio means that much to you, you could always run it in VMware in a windows virtual machine.
