WTB: G4 667mhz to 933mhz

Aloha,
I am looking for a decent later model G4 with at least 1 MB of Cache. 667mhz G4 or later model.

Hmmm...

After 667MHz, apple brought it down to 256k L2 cache, and 2MB L3 Cache...
