Anyone have a Sony NS700H/B DVD Player? Need Advise

Just bought an upconverting DVD Player from Amazon and love it! However, it won't play movies I've ripped from Handbrake, which is what I really want to do. A review on Amazon said it'll play .avi and mpeg files just fine.

Has anyone got this to work or can offer any ideas? Thanks!

If you have it hooked Via HDMI, you can't play pirated movies. Try hooking it with Component and Optical Cable for Audio.
