Ok, so I've been trying to get Tomba for PS1 to freeze and successfully defrost, but I just can't seem to get it right.

I've tried both using the actual game disc and using a .toast file with the cdr mooby plug in.

I've also tried both PCSX 1.5 and 1.6.

Every time I try to defrost a frozen state, the music plays for a split second but then the game suddenly freezes. Can anyone help?

I'm using a 2 GHz PowerPC G5 if that makes any difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So how would I go about saving my game?

Are there any other PS1 emulators for Mac that will allow me to save my game?

I tried Flarestorm earlier...it said something about pasting a folder to a "Frameworks" folder but I couldn't find that and when I tried opening Flarestorm itself it kept quitting unexpedtedly.

I'm running OS X 10.5.6.

Maybe it was an old version?

Do you have a link by any chance?
