My Warranty is already expired...

I have had my iPod Touch for over a year, which means my warranty is expired. I cant void my warranty if I don't have one. I'm wondering if I should just Jailbreak my iPod. Is there anything else I need to worry about?

There is nothing to worry about. As long as you can read, and follow directions. Jail-breaking is so easy now.
