Hopefully this will make sense...

I (regrettably) work in a dual-platform environment and a portion of what I do includes working with documents created on a Mac (Office 2008) and editing them on a PC (Office 2007). I'm now getting documents that have names missing. More specifically, it looks like this:

Between "that" and "is" should be a name, but instead there are two spaces. When I check Print Preview, there are two spaces. But when I actually print the document everything shows up normally:

I hereby certify that Tyler Durden is a...

My best guess is that the document is linking to the creator's Entourage Address Book and that link is being broken by opening the document on my computer.

Anyone know how to fix this, either by changing settings on the Mac or the PC? Thank you.
