Texts messages aren't popping up on lock screen

hey guys
I have a jailbroken iphone that i jailbroke about a week ago and when i first jailbroke it i had no problem with the text messages popping up
one day they just stopped popping up and I have no clue why
I deleted winterboard which removed all of my themes and they still do not pop up
any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Sorry but I think you are left with the only option of a restore. Being one, I know how much jailbreakers hate to hear they have to restore.🙁
