I've done extensive searches, and saw posts about the Formac, hauappage, etc..

I just have regular cable, CABLE internet, and a small apt..
I just picked up the iMac 20"..

I don't really need anything fancy, just a device to watch tv, record, (maybe set recordings?), and a remote...

Can anyone confirm for me that the iTV would be good enough for me? The others seem to be pricier than this..

Again, thanks in advance for your replies!!

The eyeTV is good too. Just be sure to have an external HD if you plan to record a lot of shows. Other than that, you will be more than pleased, dont worry!

Hey thanks for your reply. I just picked it up over the weekend and it came with a cool keyspan digital media remote as well. Didn't have time to fuss with it yet, but so far so good. I recorded the Practice last night which lasted an hour.. and it didn't take up as much space as I thought it would. So far, I love it. THANKS for your input...
