You are looking for a game that will in OSX or bootcamp? For bootcamp you have many options, for OSX not so many.

World of Warcraft is the only recent game that comes to mind with a Mac download, however that's the full version with a 14day free trial.

I was hoping something for OSX like COD4, i do realise windows is supreme when it comes to games, i have just switched my main laptop from one, however, I am only using parallels, and don't really wanna install boot camp

for osx demos are gonna be tough.. and like above poster said CoD4 but that's a year and some odd months old so it won't tax the nvidia as much as a newer game on boot camp.. best bet is a mac mmorpg those offer downloads for trial: city of heroes or world of warcraft.. so yeah or run steam (via crossover games) and download a demo of HL2 but that's fairly old too but runs well

Parallel don't give you much hardware acceleration. If you want to taste all the power of the 9400m you will need boot camp.

Try the Trial of EVE online out, it actually doesn't run too bad considering. I was amazed.
