anyone know anything about this?

xbox2 kits being sent out by microsoft are dual apple g5's running a custom configured version of windows nt.

Yup, and if you would've looked at the main page stores or done a search on the MacRumors site, you would've seen XBox, PowerMac G5, and NT? which contains a bit of discussion about the subject.
