How can I transfer music from my ipod to my new Mac?

Basically, i have just got a new Macbook pro , but im not sure how to transfer my music from my ipod nano to the itunes in the new Macbook. I sure dont want to download all my music again!

Google "ipod to computer". there are LOTS of software options. a popular one is "senuti" (itunes backwards)

heres one of the google results: http://www.answers4pc.com/246, this is a step by step tutorial which uses senuti, this is probably the recommended method (i think)
