Need Quick help Finding an Cydia App

I had an app installed on my old jbed iphone that let me use the itunes store on edge and download large apps over edge too. it fooled the app store and itunes into think i was one wifi. I cant think if name of it and cant find it in cydia. Also do you know of any apps for wireless printing of notes and emails from my iphone to my hp wireless printer?
