Unibody Macbook to Samsung T260HD display...

Just purchased my new macbook this week and loving it. Being a design student I'm very happy i went more portable this time around. My concern now is connecting the new macbook to my T260HD display. Ive read many forums that the new mini display ports are having issues with certain monitors. My question is: Using a Mini Display Port to DVI adapter and then a DVI to HDMI adapter that i already have, Will it have any issues with my display? and is VGA bad graphic design stuff?
