iPod touch Strange Photo In Saved Photos

am i missing something ? today i have a screenshot of my itouch in charging mode in my saved photos 😕

as i have,nt any screenshot apps installed has anyone any idea as to how this occurred

Pressing the home button and the sleep/wake button simultaneously will capture a screenshot and save it to 'Saved Photos'. This is a known and useful but not very well publicized feature of the OS. Any chance you did that by accident?
 
Screen shot function is built into the 2.x Touch firmware.

Press the power and home buttons together, and release quickly, and it takes a screenshot. As pressing *and holding* these two buttons together shuts down the Touch, it's easy to take a screenshot by mistake while trying to power off the device.
