remove windows?

I set up my boot camp and installed Windows. now i want to remove partition completely as well as windows. I follows instruction to remove partition (go to boot camp assistant or utility>disk utility and removed partition. So partition well removed.

Then now I need to remove windows completely. How can i do this? 😕😕
 
If you have removed the partition then Windows has been removed. What do you still have that needs removing?
