iOS Any webservice that provides zipcode from lat/long values INDIA.

Hi All,

I am trying to make an LBS (Location Based Service) application for INDIA.
For that I require a webservice for INDIA locations to which if I provide lat/long values , it returns a zipcode.

Then with the help of ZIPCODE+Category(Banks,hospitals..) the another webservice should return all banks with similar ZIPCODE.

Please throw some idea so that i can proceed. i know there are many applications on App Store that uses some LBS webservices.
