Just purchased an iPhone. I would like to get my Thunderbird email address info into the iPhone. I have been told that I first need to get it into my Mac's Addressbook program. Is there a tutorial somewhere that will walk me through the process ... Thunderbird to Addressbook ... and then Addressbook into iPhone?

Thanks

I would be interested in this as well. I am relatively new to both my iMac and my iPhone. Initially I setup mail & Safari... but have since moved to Firefox and Thunderbird.

I couldn't figure out how to get Thunderbird to use my mac address book so I re-entered all the info. It would be nice to have an easy way to keep those in sync with each other.

Enable the Address Book via the config editor (sorry you have to do this)
Open Preferences / Options and go to the tab Advanced -> General
Click: [Config Editor...]
Create the following: (from bug 397811)
"ldap_2.servers.osx.description" -> "System Address Book"
"ldap_2.servers.osx.dirType" -> 3
"ldap_2.servers.osx.uri" -> "moz-abosxdirectory:///"
Restart Thunderbird

OK, I did this... but I'm not seeing anything differently. What exactly should have happened after adding those lines?

FYI, I'm using Thunderbird 2.0.0.19.
