Connecting to Windows 98 laptop with my Mac?

Hey guys, I was wondering whether I could connect to my Windows 98 with my Mac without using any internet, or usb, because my Windows 98 is really old and somehow I wanted to put some files on my Windows 98 laptop from my Mac, is there a way?
