Apple distributor selling fake macbook?

I found this picture on Arabcomputers website, never seen that MacBook model before...

Where do you exactly see a fake? MB is new model & MBP is previous one.

The first one, it's supposed to be 17" mbp but the keyboard is black and there is a DVD drive slot in the front?!

As far as I know, that's a mockup that has been going around before the new Unibody MacBooks were released.

I've seen a few things like this before, in a memo that my work pumped out to all employees was a picture of a mocked up iPod that could be won in a comp...

an authorized distributor shouldn't make such mistakes though...
