So, does anyone have an amazing detox plan for weight control/lost/ cleaning of the system ?

I eat healthy every day.

Plenty of fiber rich foods such as fruits and veggies can help.

And drink plenty of water!

That syrup, pepper, and lemonade thing does NOT work. One of my teachers tried it last year.

Eating healthy and drinking water is a good plan. Cranberry juice is good for cleaning your system as well, but it won't make you "eject" all of the toxins and whatnot.


Eat Activia like they do on SNL. 😀😀😉😉
