I sent my MacBook to Apple after having experienced about a dozen kernel panics a day. They nicely sent me a new one, but even as I type this, the spacebar is annoying.

It's incredibly squeaky. The top keys are so tight and silent, but the spacebar feels like it's off a ten year old M$ keyboard.

What are my options? I need it for school, so I'm not too keen on sending it back again, because other than that this computer is perfect, is their any manual way?

What would you do?

I'd send it back, it's apparently their fault. Make a fuss over how you need it for school and what not and they might over night it. Otherwise, bring it to the nearest Apple Store, it sounds like something that can be fixed in five seconds.
