Do any of you have the log file time frames for proteins 859/858, the big 160 pointers? Am also interested in the same for protein 563. Am predominately looking at G5's single and duallies.

I haven't had either the p858 or the p859. The p563 takes about 9 minutes per percent on my dual G4/800 per processor.

It was like watching grass grow but on my G4-500 I am using "InCrease" and watching the moniotr scroll by it took 11 minutes to crunch 1%. My protein is "p734_Villin sd.h2o" you can check stats on the above link I posted.

I'm looking for specific time to complete one frame (ie I want 5 frame completed for a good average). For example:

The following is from a P4 3.0C (running as a single client - no HT activated)at 3.825GHz ~ 14 min per frame. This is what I'm looking for either on protein 858/859 or 563.

It would be helpfull if there was a site on which you could look up your mac and WU and then get a timeframe how long it would take. Already said this in the thread where we discuss our own macrumors folding website!
