what to do with???

My girlfriend recently bought me a new iMac 17" to complement my old G4 522. (loving it by the way)

Anyway, what I wanted to ask was if anyone had any funky idea's as now I have the two machine on my home network.

Anyone have some funky networked mac idea's?

How funky do you need to be? Does simply connecting them with a cat5 cable work for you? You want wireless? I'm not sure where the funk comes in.

Edit: I misread your post. You already have them networked--that makes a lot more sense. How about gaming? Play MOH or something against your friends. File server? Put all your music and movies on 1 computer and stream them to the other? Not particulary funky I know. 🙁 How about trying to hack one of them?

How about setting one up as a server and use the other as a remote client?
Can this be even done with OS X clients?

Hacking one from the other is definitely funky. Another funky thing could be to SSH your g/f computer and kill some of her processes from your computer. Don't hold me responsible for any fights you might get in! 😀 😀

Got remote desktop running between the two at the moment, it's working pretty cool.

Also all my music is on the older machine and iTunes playing it over the network. Need to get me iLife '04 and have the cool shared iPhoto library.

Anyone have any other cool idea's?
