Want to make professional looking wedding slideshow help!

What SF should I use? I don't want to make it using iphoto or anyother 1button generated slides. I want some to add audio as well.

Any ideas?

review fotomagico and the latest version of iphoto is well done and easy to use.
 
keynote can do some nice stuff, you can export it to an interactive quicktime file, or have it automated by time.
imovie/idvd will also do slideshows quite nicely
