iPod touch Floola

i am having problems with Floola. i want to get the music off my iPod so i got Floola but when i plug my iPod into my laptop and open Floola i get this message. the message is in the link below, its just a screen shot of my desktop. someone please help me

if you zoom in on the pic the font is easier to read
 
yea ipod touch don't work with floola idk why.. i have try myself too because i hate using itunes to update my music but i get the same exact error.. it works for my ipod nano.
