The eMac has a 17" CRT screen. At the bottom, in the middle (most always hidden by the dock) there is discoloration as if the screen had come in contact with a high power magnet. Gives everything displayed there a greenish hue.

It's been that way since I got it, and doesn't really bother me or my daughter (who primarily uses it now). But is there anyway to fix that?

If it has come in contact with a magnet, the only way to get rid of it is to tape a magnet to an electric screw driver and make circles on the screen while its running until it goes away. Its tricky, but search youtube to see if thats your problem and if thats what you need to do.

It happened to my TV before, and it worked to get it out
