Stevento is a member here who is still extremely bitter about Hillary losing the primary.

I'm sure stevento will be in here at some point to make his opinion known. He's still bitter about Hillary, even though she's part of the administration.

I am too errg. People were so ooooh ahhhhh with Obama, I say it's pure sexism.. As a matter of fact, lots of people complained about Hillary's outfits, saying they were very expensive, but I did not see outcry with Obama's outfits, which probably cost the same or more...

Just like the super worn out shoes he was wearing the whole time right?

Do you honestly think Obama was elected from sexism?

But yes, there were a TON of petty gripes this go around, as usual. This time however the 24 hour news cycle decided alot of crap was worth discussing for days on end.

Not entirely from sexism, I'm just saying that Hillary was unfairly judged, both fro her attachment to Bill Clinton and her gender.. I dunno..

EVERYONE was unfairly judged based on bias and pure sillyness. Mccain was too old, Obama is a celebrity, Clinton cries, its all the same crap. There was no one left unfairly judged.

Given what she did (and did not do) during her time in the White House previously, I'd say she was judged perfectly. I don't know why anyone would have trusted her in the first place.

I guess it's true (about everyone being unfairly judged), I guess I'm not really 'bitter' about the Primary, just kinda disappointed... I don't mean to direct anything at anyone about it.. I dunno, whatever, I guess...

Why is it that the Hillary supporters said any criticism of her was sexism, but they never said any criticism of Obama was racism?

Sexism is an easy rally cry to get behind, racism tends to hold a bit of a more touchy tone at this point in time.

Its easy to cry out and blame, but in the end it looks like people voted more for their candidate based on issues than who has more expensive shoes.

In spite of all the things that Obama is doing that I disagree with, he will always have a place in my heart for slaying Hillary.

They look worn-in to me, and he is unlikely to be stepping into puddles, any time soon.

He'll just tell Dad to "cool it".

No, but I will standby the statement that Obama was protected from real criticism because of race.

Right, because Lanny Davis will finally release that videotape he has of Michelle Obama saying "whitey" and Barack Obama's Kenyan birth certificate will be found and he'll be caught praying to Allah, and then he'll be impeached and Hillary will replace him

Honestly I don't think Hillary even deserves to be SOS. That was just a pity move on Obama's part.

Elaborate, what real criticism could possibly be shielded by the race card?
