iPod touch my ipod touch wont turn of??? or go to the apps any more..what do i do

ok so the black botton on touch dosnt work anymore and the top button wont turn it off any more just put it so sleep how do u fix it?
is it expensive?
 
funny... same thing happened to me just a couple days ago

yea just hold the home and power button until it shuts off
