How to move from unlocked to jailbroken

My 2G iphone is unlocked on T-Mobile using winpwn. Now that I know I won't be getting MMS, I want to jailbreak to get Swirly MMS. What do I need to do?

hmmm... maybe. I know I didn't install cydia at the time, so maybe my question should be, how do I install cydia on an already jailbroken iphone?
