Problem with tv shows transfering to Ipod

hey guys i have an Ipod 5th gen 30g and i just bought a tv show series first season of How I Met Your Mother. It wont let me transfer it to my Ipod, any suggestions?

First, make sure the iPod software is fully updated and you have iTunes 8.1. Second, with the iPod connected, go to the Store menu, authorize the computer with the account the video was purchased on. Third, are you trying to sync the TV show over or just drag it over? Another thought, did you purchase the show in HD or SD? HD purchases cannot be transferred over, but iTunes downloads a SD copy as well and should know to sync the correct version over...

Itunes is 8.1 and its authorized. I tried drag and drop and sync and im not sure if its HD or not, but i keep getting a error message that says "Some of videos in your Itunes library were not copied copy to the Ipod because they cannot be played on this Ipod" then it lists all 22 episodes in the season. Then when you click on one of the episodes it says that "the episode was no copied because the video format is not supported by the Ipod".

I updated Itunes again and it still wont transfer, i dont know what to do because they will play on my computer but wont transfer. Any suggestions?
