Safari 4 Google search - UK specific?

Anyone know how to get the Google search field at the top right of Safari to use google.co.uk?
 
Thanks, have seen that before, didn't know if there was a neater way of doing it by keeping Safari the same, just changing the search destination.

PS have corrected my thread title to Safari 4 not 3...
