Never calibrated battery 5 years - problems if I do it now?

Hello:

My original battery 5 years old was calibrated once when new but after that I have never calibrated it and have never really used it for more than an hour or so at a time.

if I calibrate the battery now, might there be problems?

The health of the battery is 88% and everything works perfectly.

Calibrating the battery doesn't really change the hardware so there shouldn't be problems. If you decide to calibrate now, there is a good chance that your battery health may read a different number - would give a more accurate number so it might be higher or lower.
