HI,
I have a 15" Powerbook (TiBook) with a Super Drive. I am recording on a Digital Video Camcorder. Can I get the video from the camcorder into the Mac and onto a dvd for myself?? Also, can I take "clips" of video and create a package of video for e-mail???

This is pretty much the whole point of the iLife suite. You have iMovie and iDVD on your computer so check them out.
