Difference between Q3A and Q3TA?

What is the difference between Quake 3 Arena and Quake 3 Team Arena? I just got this game, and it came with both. Which should I install?

Thanks,
Draft

I already have UT. I just wanted to try Q3 for a change of pace. AlphaTech, do you play Tactical Ops? It's a UT mod.

Go here to download the files:

http://www.macgamefiles.com/detail.php?item=12700

Then go to http://www.yggdral.com/aotguide/ for help on how to set it up.

There is also a help forum here:

http://www.clanmto.com/cgi-bin/mtoboard/ikonboard.cgi

Also, I'm running UT under OS X, so if you need help with that, just post here.

Later,
Draft
