macOS How to use the GNUstep software in windows

Hi all,
I am new to GNUstep programming environment.Can anybodytell me the step by step procedure that how to create,compile and run the file.I have gone through the site of GNU but cant understand how to go through the process.
Please help it out.Thanks in advance.
