I have had to book my poorly PowerBook in for an overhaul - white spots (well, streaks really), loose screen that also creaks and clicks when opened or shut, power socket and power lead not connecting properly so intermittant charging and finally corrosion around the palm rests.

The guy at AppleCare was very nice, although he had no idea of any of the problems as I explained them, and I was on the phone for 45 minutes! Anyway, not the point. He said I could track the progress of the repair online, gave me a tracking number etc. I am sure I have seen the page, but can't find where to track repairs. Not orders, repairs.

Anyone? Oh, and I'm in the UK, so the UK site please!

Marc

You can track it with your Apple ID on the website. By the time my repair is trackable though, I've already got it back.

i would agree with the person above, mine was compleatly out and turned up before it had said it had been repaired, let alone shipped!
