Can we record the radio down from ITune.

Most of time, I am using the itune to listen radio.
I sometime think some show or stuff is very good from radio, I would like to capture it down.

Can we do that with a special software, which can capture the sound and save to the harddrive?

Or WireTap, which isn't as powerful, but is freeware.
