Free app to convert .pdf to either word or another format

Hi all

Does anyone know of an app I can download that will allow me to convert a .pdf document to either a word or .odt document.

I use both neo-office & word

I would prefer a free app, but even a cheapish one would do (I think Adobe is about £800 for this)

Open a document. Open the PDF in Preview, press Open Apple+A and then Open Apple+C. Go back to your document and Open Apple+V. Voila!

Er... formatting isn't kept... 😱
