How does it work with Airport Extreme?

airport extreme is much faster than the iSight will be able to transfer data usually. I mean what, the limit in iChat is 2mbps, 802.11b alone can handle a theoretical 11mbps, 802.11g 54mbps.
i have an iSight and an AE base station, works fine, but my DSL sucks 😛

would you say isight is worth it? or should i get another webcam?

the iSight rocks 🙂
Get one, unless you have better things to spend your money on. In that case, get a USB webcam or a cheaper FireWire one and use iChatUSB.

iSight webcam has no equal for the price.

Really great webcam. No complaints about the iSight at all (well, perhaps the color balance could still be a bit better). Now iSight A/V's compatibility with AIM is another story.
