I recently right clicked a picture to set it as my desktop picture but didn't have the foresight to save the picture in case I wanted to change it later. I still have the picture up but I cannot find where the picture is stored so I can save it for later. I checked HD/Library/desktop pictures but no luck. Does anyone know where these pictures are saved?

Thanks for the help.

Hi,

Previously, I was given to option Set As Desktop Background and whatever pictures I've set, it will automatically save a copy in the Pictures folder.

However, after I did a clean install of my OS X 10.5.7, I'm currently only given the option to Use Image As Desktop Picture and this time, it would not automatically save the picture into the Pictures folder.

May I know what should I do to get back the former option?
