Friend wants to buy "Canon EOS 450D Digital Rebel XSi Package," too good to be true?

If she's looking to get a camera, I highly recommend ordering from Adorama. I've gotten all my gear there and it's been very painless.
 
Google on "Brooklyn Camera Scam", and it will tell you all you need to know about camera stores in NYC that sells stuff at too good to be true prices.
 
or check the site on www.resellerratings.com - most likely the package does not include over priced accessories. They migh say you need a special battery and try to charge you 10x the retail price of the battery. If you try to buy at the advertised price and refuse the extras you simply don't get your purchase - it becomes 'back ordered' forever.

I just checked on resellerratings,and they are definitely a bait and switch. They have 5 other names for the same store.
