I'm on OS X 10.5.6 with Apple's provided Python ver. 2.5.1. I have created some Python modules and I want to add their path to sys.path permanently. I know one can use .pth files but I don't know where to put them.
I believe you can put the .pth files anywhere that's already on sys.path. Looking at my own directories, /Library/Python/2.5/site-packages seems to be a good place.
