Which is best app for meeting People

There are so many apps that say they are best to meet people and all have there claim to fame. i am, looking to chat maybe meet one day just nice and have fun. What do you all suggest.

Hmm...I'd suggest putting the phone in your pocket, leaving your house and head out to a populated public place and meet people that way.
