Outlook to Mail

I am trying to move my email from my Windows 2000 PC with Outlook 2000 to mail. I see that mail has a function to "import" messages from outlook express, but not outlook. I checked Outlook and it does not have an option to export as an outlook express file.

Does anyone have any idea how to move my email and address book from Outlook 2000 to Mail?????

Can you use OE to import your Outlook 2000 files then import to Mail? I believe OE 6 gives this option.
