3G freaks out when squeezing

If I squeeze my iphone (like you hold it) then it goes of and on and apllications quit suddenly. This is weirdest thing ever seen. Did a itunes reset but nothing changed.
 
Did you drop your phone?
Check to see if the bezel around the Screen glass is loose.
Looks like the bezel is pressing on the chip inside and causing the symptoms.
I would take it to Genius Bar.
